POST 50!!!!

Howdy! Post 50 hey?

Here's the latest....Actually done my knee skateboarding a few weeks back. Damn....Done pretty well though, first real knee injury after years and years of skateboard action & now aged 42...

Going doubles in a tropical pool sesh on the beach.

Heres' a gig poster.
Been busy in the studio recording the Happy Lonesome record. Finished recording last Sunday. Sounding great. Just mixing, mastering, artwork, video etc to go....

Bit of watercolour & gauche. Gunna possibly be the last HL show before Sean goes off to the States for a month or so. If your in the Austin through September/October (I think-check out Jemma & the Clifton Hillbillies social media) go see them play!!

Should have some album cover roughs'n'stuff up next, maybe some video clip stuff too, making a costume of this guy at the moment for the video. Doing some paper mache.

Invites for the exhibition go out in early September. Again, exhibition-SOMA gallery, Sydney Rd Brunswick November 4th-18th. Opening on the 4th (obviously).

Catch ya when.

Go ride a SKATEBOARD!! & Let's make a record!!!

Hey,

Been real busy of late, so has been a bit between posts.

Tuesday was Go Skateboarding Day. Didn't get to skate much myself as I was working at a skatepark all day!! Bit of transport skateboarding was all.

Here's the new painting. Probably one of the most fun and expressive things to do on a skateboard.
Make some NOISE!!!

Here's the rough for the next. Get a radical notion...

The Happy Lonesome are making a record on the weekend. Can not wait. Expect to see record cover art progress in the upcoming weeks. It'll be based around this guy. A poster I did a few years ago, but haven't really got to use that much.

One idea. Rough. Hopefully have some more in a week or two. Until then!
